6eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cupdried coconut
1 cupfresh blueberries
1/2 tspground cinnamon
2 tspbutter

mash bananas, stir in coconut and eggs. stir in blueberries and cinnamon, set aside.

heat butter in large skillet over medium heat. spoon 2-3 tbsp batter on hot skillet

cook 2-3 minutes per side.
