Steps
- 1
mix the mustard, orange juice, and McCormick chipolte seasonings. all proportions can be changed to meet preferred taste. (less mustard; more on, etc)
- 2
set aside a small portion of marinade, couple tablespons
- 3
clean and trim chicken. I like to slice mine in small tender like strips. I also tenderize the chicken and poke holes in it with a fork
- 4
I then let it marinate for at least 8 hours. it may not need it, but I prefer it to allow chicken to have better flavor
- 5
after marinating is done, I use a pan sear the chicken in a skillet on a medium heat. cook in about 10 minutes depending on how thick you pieces are
- 6
while cooking chicken, I pull out the small dish of marinade I kept to the side and add honey. add as little or as much as you like. I use this as a dipping sauce and is great
- 7
I cooked this with a side of broccoli and through some Parmesan on the steamed broccoli and went to town. very good dish. highly recommend it
