  • 1 packagessuper sweet corn
  • 4strips of bacon; medium dice
  • 1/2yellow onion; minced
  • 1 candiced green chiles
  • 1salt and white pepper

    Slowly render fat from bacon. Remove bacon bits from pan.

    Add onion. Saute 30 seconds

    Add corn and chiles. Heat thoroughly.

    Season. Serve
