Steps

Heat oil in a wok,add hing and cumin when crackle add grated onion and saute it.

When onion change in colour add green chilli,ginger garlic paste and tomato puyri and saute till leave the oil.

Add all spices and saute for 2-3 minutes..

Now add boiled and mashed potatoes and boiled peas and somd water.
- 5
Cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
