1.Poke holes all over brisket, 2.rub salt all over brisket, wrap in plastic wrap & let sit in fridge over nite, 3.pat briskit dry wit paper towels, 4.brown on both sides in skillet about 4min each side. 5.add a lil oil to skillet & saute sliced onions till brown. 6.Mix other intends a lil Salt into a Sauce. 7.spread onions into baking dish & lay briskit Fat Side Up on Top of onions, Pour Sauce all over top of meat. 8.Lay parchment paper on top of meat then Cover dish wit aluminum Foil, Bake 4hrs 325 in oven. 9.Let sit in dish & Sauce for 30min. 10. Take Meat out dish, Slice Against the grain. 11.Skim fat off Sauce, Add meat slices back into Sauce. Serve.
