Wash and remove okra cap

slit okra and fill with salt pepper turmeric and garam masala

Heat pan and add oil and fry onion till golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 30 seconds

Add tomato paste and any remaining spices.season according to taste. Add 3 table spoon of water. Bring to boil.

Add okra and stir well with curry. And let it cook on low flame until cooked appx 1-2 minutes.
