Ingredients

  • 2 lbGround Beef
  • 1 tbspOnion powder
  • 15 ozCanned Pinto Beans
  • 1 canWhole Kernal Corn drained
  • 1 canDiced tomatoes mexican style if available
  • 1 canRotel tomatoes
  • 1 packagesTaco Seasoning
  • 1 packagesHidden valley ranch dressing dry
  • 2 1/2 cupWater or more to make soup broth

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown ground beef in large pan.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle ground beef with onion powder while cooking. Drain off fat.

  3. 3

    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for an hour or so.
