Grind the oat poha in the mixer.
Add all ingredients in a big bowl, mix well, if required add more water and make a batter of oat pan cake.

Batter Rest for 10 minutes.
Heat the nonstick tawa and spread the batter pan in a circular motion

Sprinkle the oil on the pancake and cook both side on the medium flame.
