Ingredients

25 minutes
3 servings
  1. 1 bowloat poha
  2. 1/2 bowlmoong Dal flour
  3. 1/2 bowlChopped simala mirch
  4. 1/2 bowlChopped tomato
  5. 1 spoongreen chilli paste
  6. 1/2 spoon black pepper powder
  7. 1 pinchhing
  8. 2 spoonrawa (sugi)
  9. 1/2 spoonginger paste
  10. 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  11. 4 spoonOil for shallow fry
  12. 1/2 bowlcurd
  13. 1/2 spoonsalt
  14. 1/2 bowlwater

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Grind the oat poha in the mixer.

    Add all ingredients in a big bowl, mix well, if required add more water and make a batter of oat pan cake.

  2. 2

    Batter Rest for 10 minutes.

    Heat the nonstick tawa and spread the batter pan in a circular motion 

  3. 3

    Sprinkle the oil on the pancake and cook both side on the medium flame.

  4. 4

    Oat pan cake is ready serve with sauce and chatany.
