Ingredients

5-10 minutes
1 serving
  1. 1 cupgluten free rolled oats
  2. 2 cupshot water
  3. 2-4 tablespoonscoconut milk
  4. Handfulblueberries
  5. Handfulalmonds
  6. 1/4small papaya chopped up into cubes
  7. 1 tablespoonchia seeds
  8. 1 tablespoonalmond butter
  9. 1 pinchsalt

Steps

5-10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a small saucepan, add the oats, water and pinch of salt. Bring to the heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Once cooked, take off the heat, add the coconut milk, then almond butter and stir to combine.

  3. 3

    Transfer to a cereal bowl and add fruit, almonds and chia seeds. Serve warm.
