Slice the peppers and the steak thinly. Dust each with 1/2 tsp of paprika, chili powder and ground cumin.

Heat some oil over a high heat until just beginning to smoke, and fry the peppers and beef until cooked through.

Serve in wholemeal tortilla wraps with some nachos, soured cream, guacamole and salsa on the side.
