I make these when I make pulled pork or pulled chicken. Absolutely delicious!
Cooking Instructions

Combine the salt, flour and baking powder in a bowl.

Add the water and the oil, and mix well until you have a smooth dough.

Cover the dough and chill it for at least 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into 10 equally sized pieces and roll each piece into a ball.

Using a rolling pin and some flour, roll them out until they are about 2-3mm thick.

Cook them in a dry pan on medium heat.

Immediately let them sit under a baking cloth or something similar, until they are completely cool. It is then they will soften.

Either eat immediately or freeze them until you need/want them.
