Ingredients

  • 1 bunchfresh kale
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tbspseasoned salt
  • 1 dashcayenne pepper

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Wash and drain kale, tear into bite size pieces

  3. 3

    In strainer toss kale pieces with olive oil, seasoned salt and cayenne peppee

  4. 4

    On a cookie sheet lined with wax paper, arrange kale pieces flat

  5. 5

    bake for 6-8 minutes. Watch closely as they will burn QUICK!
