Ingredients

10 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1 tablespoonRice
  2. 3 cupsMilk
  3. 1 and half tbspSugar
  4. Saffron strands few
  5. 4Soaked almonds
  6. 1 pinchCardamom powder

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and soak rice in milk

  2. 2

    Add almond to rice and grind it in mixie

  3. 3

    Cook this mixture consistently on low heat, when it starts boiling add sugar and saffron strands too

  4. 4

    Cook on low heat for some more time

  5. 5

    Switch off heat and add cardamom powder, mix well

  6. 6

    Immediately transfer to moulds or container

  7. 7

    Let it cool,and then refrigerate it for half an hour

  8. 8

    De mould it and garnish as you like

  9. 9

    I have garnished it with some pomegranates
