Heat a pan and add oil

Now tamper the whole jeera
Add the cauliflower florets and saute for a while
Add the boiled peas and cubed Potatoes and fry - 3
Add salt and turmeric powder and cover it over a low flame till it gets soft
Add Poppy seed paste and mix well

Finally add hug curd mix well adding sugar
Garnish it with slitted green chilli and chopped Coriander leaves

Serve it hot with chapati or steaming rice
