Ingredients

  1. 1 boxshells
  2. 4 cuptomato sauce
  3. 2 boxtofu
  4. 8 ozspinach
  5. 1 cupsour cream
  6. 1/4 cuplemon jc.
  7. 1 1/4 tspsalt
  8. 3/4 tsponion powder
  9. 3/4 tspgarlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    cook shells

  2. 2

    put 1 1/2 c. tomato sauce on bottom of 9x13 pan

  3. 3

    mix other ingred. except shells

  4. 4

    stuff mixture into shells and cover with remaining sauce

  5. 5

    cover and bake at 350 for 1 hr.
