Ingredients

  1. 1 boxtofu
  2. 1 canchickpeas
  3. 1/4 cupwheat germ
  4. 1/4 cupflax seed
  5. 2 tspchicken seasoning
  6. 1 1/2onion powder
  7. 1 tspgarlic powder
  8. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 1 cupwheat gluten
  10. 1/2 cupwater
  11. 2 tbspBraggs
  12. 1 cupmilk
  13. 2 cupcrushed cornflakes

Steps

  1. 1

    place all but cornflakes & milk in food processor - leave slightly chunky

  2. 2

    use ice cream scoop to make balls & flatten slightly

  3. 3

    dip each nugget into milk then cornflakes.

  4. 4

    place on cookie sheet & bake covered for 25 min.

  5. 5

    uncover & flip and cook 5-10 min.
