Take carrot and grate it as shown in the image.

Take all the ingredients as shown in the image.

Heat clarified butter in the pan.

Add grated carrot in the pan.

When carrot turns soft then add milk and cream.

When milk evaporates then add desiccated coconut.

Add milk powder and boora sugar in the pan and mix it well.

Put dry fruits and mix it well.

Apply water in hand and prepare laddu.
