Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlchopped winter veggies (like red and yellow bell pepper, Carrot, soyachunks, Zucchini, red apple tomatoes and baby corn)
  2. 4 podsgarlic crushed and minced
  3. 1.1/2tsp grated Ginger
  4. 2green chilies chopped
  5. 2 TbspCoconut milk creame powder
  6. 1 tbspOlive oil
  7. 1/3 tspapple cider vinegar
  8. to taste Salt
  9. 1 dropLemon grass oil
  10. Cilantro leaves to garnish

    Take wok, heat oil and add minced garlic and green chilli Sauté for 1 min and add all veggies.

    Add salt and cook in medium flame to retain the crunchiness of veggies.

    Now add chopped Ginger, Cider vinegar and lemon grass oil and mix up with the veggies.

    Lastly, add coconut cream powder and 3 tsp of water and cook for 1 min.

    Switch off the flame and garnish with Cilantro leaves.
