Ingredients

30-35 min
3 servings
  1. 250 gramcurdled milk
  2. 1 table spoonflour
  3. 1 tea spoonbaking soda
  4. 1 table spoonghee
  5. to tasteSalt and sugar
  6. 1-2 piecescardamom and Cinnamon
  7. Oil for frying
  8. 1/2 cupcream
  9. 1 table spoonkaju paste
  10. 1 tea spoonred chilli powder
  11. 1 table spoontomatoe sauce
  12. 1 tspgaram masala

Steps

30-35 min
  1. 1

    First Take Hung curdled milk,Salt,sugar,baking soda and mix it well to form the Dough

  2. 2

    Form little balls Of the dough

  3. 3

    Now heat a pan.Add oil & fry the balls & put them aside

  4. 4

    Then heat a pan, add garam masala and allow them to crackle

  5. 5

    Add kaju-kishmish paste,lal Mitch, cream,tomato ketchup & water in the pan. Then stir them

  6. 6

    Add the balls in the pan & cook it for a while

  7. 7

    Then serve it hot with Garnished fresh cream on the top.
