Dry roast singhade ka aata on low flame till aromat and slightly change it's colour...

Keep it cool completely..

Then in a kadai put roasted aata and water and mix it well.. so that no lumps formed..

Continouosly stirr it add more water if required.. aata will rise up and soaked the water...

When it is done then add sugar and stirr again and slow down the flame to low.. and keep stirring... It take about 10 to 12 minute...

When the mixture start leaving the side then it is done.. turn off the gas..

Then transfer all the mixture on a greased plate within no time..

Tap the plate to flat or evenly spread the mixture..

Cut into desired shape when cool down completely...

Ur lapsi is ready to eat..
