    Bowl m sare ingredients mix karein.

    Lukewarm water thora thora dalte hue medium dough ready karein.15 min ke liye cover kar ke rakh de.

    Karahi m oil garam karein or atte ki loe bnakr mathri ki shape de or garam oil m fry karein.Gas sim rkhni hai.

  4. 4

    Issi tarah se sari mathri bana le or chai ke sath serve karein.
