Later on I found out that they do have differences.
So presenting the black beauty❤😊

Ingredients

30 minutes
8 servings
  • 1 cupmilk powder
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1 tspghee
  • 2 tbspmaida
  • 1/2 cuppaneer(crumbled)
  • 1 pinchbaking soda
  • 1 tspchopped cashews
  • 1 tspchopped almonds
  • 4-5 dropsrose water
  • 2-3 dropsred food colour
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cupwater
  • 2-3 dropslemon juice
  • 1 tspelaichi powder
  • Oil for frying jamuns

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly, for making sugar syrup..take sugar, water, elaichi powder and lemon juice in a pan. Mix well and cook on low flame till sugar dissolves completely and you get one string syrup. Keep it aside.

    Now for making instant mawa, take milk powder, milk, and ghee in a mixing bowl. Mix it well and pour this mixture into a non stick pan and cook it on low flame, stir continously.

    When the mixture get into the form of a lump and leaves the sides of pan, switch off the flame and let it cool for 5-10 minutes. Your instant mawa is ready.

    Now in a mixing bowl, add maida and paneer. Mix it very well till it turns into a smooth dough.

    Now add mawa and baking soda.

  6. 6

    Knead till nice soft and smooth dough. Keep it aside.

  7. 7

    Now for making stuffing, take 2 tsp of dough, add chopped nuts, rose water and food colour. Mix well and keep aside.

  8. 8

    Now take a small portion of dough. Flatten it and fill stuffing mixture in it. Make round and small balls with greased hands.

  9. 9

    Remember that it should not have any cracks, otherwise it will break while frying.

    Make all the jamuns with the left dough like so.

  11. 11

    Now fry them on low medium flame till they get nice dark colour.

  12. 12

    Add these fried jamuns to hot sugar syrup and cover it with a lid for 3-4 hours.

    Enjoy yummy soft and delicious kala jamuns😊😋
