Steps

Pressure cook tomatoes and carrot with enough water to three whistle.
- 2
When pressure is released grind the mixture and sieve through strainer. (This is your stock)

Now in another pan heat butter and add maida.
- 4
When maida changes it's colour add cinnamon stick and tejpatta and immediately add stock.
- 5
When it boils add salt,pepper, jeera powder,black salt and cook in simmer for few mins serve hot.
