  • 5 lbboneless bottom round beef roast
  • 3 tbspdried oregano
  • 2 tbspsalt
  • 1/3 cupgarlic juice
  • 1/3 cupolive oil
  • 3 cupbeef broth
  • 1optional green peppers

Steps

  1. 1

    put all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours. For sandwiches you will need 6 french rolls, giardiniera and mozzerella cheese
