  1. 5 lbboneless bottom round beef roast
  2. 3 tbspdried oregano
  3. 2 tbspsalt
  4. 1/3 cupgarlic juice
  5. 1/3 cupolive oil
  6. 3 cupbeef broth
  7. 1optional green peppers

  1. 1

    put all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours. For sandwiches you will need 6 french rolls, giardiniera and mozzerella cheese
