The first time I made this for my husband, he fell in love with it and it has become a favourite in our home. Goes great with side dishes like mashed or scalloped potatoes and some veggies. It's so simple, yet SO delicious!

Preheat oven to 350.

Pour olive oil in a oven proof baking dish and place the chicken breasts inside.

Rub the taco seasoning onto the chicken breasts, then flip them over and repeat the process until they are lightly covered in taco seasoning.

Scoop some tablespoons full of salsa onto each piece and spread it out evenly.

Cover with half of the shredded cheese and place it in the oven.

Once it's close to done, take it out and put the rest of the shredded cheese on.

Serve with sour cream. Enjoy!
