Ingredients

120 servings
  1. 2eggs
  2. 2 cupsugar
  3. 2 cupflower
  4. 2 cupquick oats
  5. 1 cupsoft butter
  6. 1 cupshredded coconut (optional)
  7. 1 tbspvanilla
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 1 tspbaking powder

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    mix all ingredients well

  3. 3

    roll into small balls and place on parchment paper covered cookie sheet

  4. 4

    gently flatten with bottom of a cup that is lightly floured

  5. 5

    bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown ( ovens may vary)

  6. 6

    let cool on paper bag

  7. 7

    eat and enjoy
