2 cupsugar
2 cupflower
2 cupquick oats
1 cupsoft butter
1 cupshredded coconut (optional)
1 tbspvanilla
1 tspsalt
1 tspbaking powder

preheat oven to 350

mix all ingredients well

roll into small balls and place on parchment paper covered cookie sheet

gently flatten with bottom of a cup that is lightly floured

bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown ( ovens may vary)

let cool on paper bag

eat and enjoy
