  1. 1 can16 oz sliced pears
  2. 1 can16 oz peach halves
  3. 1 can16 oz pineapple chunks
  4. 1 can16 oz apricot halves
  5. 1 can6 oz maraschino cherries
  6. 1 can16 oz dark sweet pitted cherries
  7. 1 cuppacked brown sugar
  8. 1 tbspCurry powder
  9. 1/4 cupunsalted butter
  10. 1/4 tspcinnamon
  11. 1/8 tspsalt
  12. 1/8 tspnutmeg
  13. 1 tbsplemon juice

Steps

50 mins
  1. 1

    preheat over to 325

  2. 2

    drain fruit and place in 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan

  3. 3

    Sprinkle with brown sugar and curry powder and mix.

  4. 4

    dot with butter

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with remaining ingredients

  6. 6

    bake for 30 minutes

  7. 7

    refrigerate overnight

  8. 8

    remove from fridge 15 minutes before baking.

  9. 9

    bake at 325 for 30 minutes and serve.
