Preheat oven to 400º F

Coat 4 qt dish with cooking spray or butter

Mix all ingredients (except cheese) together until all the dry ingredients are moist

Pour mixture into prepared dish

Cover with foil and bake for 35-45 minutes until edges are firm

The middle should be moist, between a pudding and a bread pudding texture

Top with shredded cheddar and return to oven for an additional 10 minutes
