Ingredients

  1. 24 ouncessour cream
  2. 2 boxJiffy Cornbread mix
  3. 2 cancreamed corn (15 oz)
  4. 7 ozwhole kernel corn (strained)
  5. 1 cupwhite granulated sugar
  6. 2eggs
  7. 1/4 cupmelted butter, cooled
  8. 1/8 cupMilk
  9. 1 1/2 cupshredded cheddar

    Preheat oven to 400º F

  2. 2

    Coat 4 qt dish with cooking spray or butter

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients (except cheese) together until all the dry ingredients are moist

  4. 4

    Pour mixture into prepared dish

  5. 5

    Cover with foil and bake for 35-45 minutes until edges are firm

  6. 6

    The middle should be moist, between a pudding and a bread pudding texture

  7. 7

    Top with shredded cheddar and return to oven for an additional 10 minutes
