  • 1 1/2 cupheavy cream
  • 2 tbspunsalted butter
  • 18 ozsemisweet chocolate chips or broken bars

    heat cream and butter over medium heat till just beginning to boil

  2. 2

    remove from heat

  3. 3

    add chocolate and let stand 5 minutes.

    stir gently till smooth.
