1 packagescrackers
1/4 cupDiced Green Pepper

Preheat oven to 400

Drain pineapple tidbits from juice

Mix all ingredients (except pineapple tidbits) in a bowl

crumble up package of crackers add to meat, mix together

Spead pineapple tidbits in the bottom of loaf pan, place the meat mix on top of pineapple

Cover with tin foil, place in oven, cook for 45 mins
