Flour your cutting board place biscuit on top of flour and roll flat

Use round cookie cutter to cut hole in dough

Butter a small frying pan and place biscuit with hole in it in hot pan

Crack egg into hole in biscuit and cook until golden brown on both sides of biscuit

Spread cheese on top of biscuit (I like to cook the round disc I took out to make the hole and dip it in yoke)
