I had left over imitation crab and didn't know what to do with it. I looked up crab cakes but being pregnant couldn't eat it! This is an adaptation of the original crab cake with some spice.

I had left over imitation crab and didn't know what to do with it. I looked up crab cakes but being pregnant couldn't eat it! This is an adaptation of the original crab cake with some spice.
Steps

Mix imitation crab, mayo, sriracha, green onions, egg, and salt pepper to tatse.

Add panko till mixture is thick and you can form patties
- 3
Add oil to skillet and heat til 350
- 4
Form your patties while oil heats and cover in panko set aside.

Once oil is heated fry patties till golden brown
- 6
As patties become done set aside
- 7
Serve! With lemon juice on top.
