Ingredients

60 minutes
2 serves
  1. 1/2 litre full cream milk
  2. 1/2 tblspoon sugar
  3. 2crushed white bread slices (white part only)
  4. 1/2 tbspoon green cardemom powder
  5. 1/2 cupsliced almond
  6. 1/2 cupchopped cashew
  7. 1/2 cupcharoli

Steps

60 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a beavy bottom pan.

  2. 2

    Boil the milk on a medium flame.

  3. 3

    When the milk starts to boil reduce flame to low.

  4. 4

    Stir this ones 3-4 minutes.

  5. 5

    When layer of cream appears on the surface.

  6. 6

    Shift it towards the side of a pan.

  7. 7

    Cook until milk is reduced 1/3of the original quantity.

  8. 8

    Add crushed bread slices and stir it 2-3 minutes.

  9. 9

    Add sugar and stir to dissolve it.

  10. 10

    Add cardemom slices,cashew and charoli.

  11. 11

    Cook for 2 minutes and turn off flame.

  12. 12

    Creamy dry fruit bread rabdi is ready.

  13. 13

    Refrigerate for it minimum 2 hour before you serve it.

  14. 14

    Served chilled with a garnish of sliced almond and charoli.
