Make dough from flour and water like we make for normal roti (u can add salt a pinch). Let it rest for 15 min.

In a bowl add grated cauliflower, salt, red chilli powder, coriander leaves. Mix well.

Cauliflower filling for paratha is ready.

Take the dough need for 2 min. Then make 2 roundels of it like normal roti.(i had given heart shape for a change u can make simple roti)

Place stuffing evenly on one roti. Cover it with 2 roti.

Seel the paratha with fork.

Cook on hot tawa from both sides by using butter.

Your Gobhi(cauliflower) paratha is ready.

Enjoy with tea or curd etc.
