A traditional sweet dish with full of taste and purity.

Take a beavy bottom pan.

Boil the milk on a medium flame.

When the milk starts to boil reduce flame to low.

Stir this ones 3-4 minutes.

When layer of cream appears on the surface.

Shift it towards the side of a pan.

Cook until milk is reduced 1/3of the original quantity.

Add crushed bread slices and stir it 2-3 minutes.

Add sugar and stir to dissolve it.

Add cardemom slices,cashew and charoli.

Cook for 2 minutes and turn off flame.

Creamy dry fruit bread rabdi is ready.

Refrigerate for it minimum 2 hour before you serve it.

Served chilled with a garnish of sliced almond and charoli.
