  • 6scallops
  • 10prawns
  • 1lemon, juiced
  • 1/2red pepper
  • 200 gramsgreen beans
  • 2 tsphoney
  • 2 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1vegetable oil
  • 300 gramsnoodles

    Mix together the lemon juice, honey and half of the soy sauce. Pour this marinade over the scallops and prawns and leave to marinate for 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Meanwhile, prepare the noodles according to the packet instructions and drain when ready.

  3. 3

    Drain the scallops and prawns but keep the marinade, then pat them dry.

  4. 4

    Heat the frying pan before adding oil and then the scallops and prawns to stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until the seafood is ready. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  5. 5

    Add the green beans and red pepper and the rest of the marinade and soy sauce and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the seafood to warm through.

  6. 6

    Serve with the noodles.
