Steps

First wash carrots and peel off skin.

Put pan on flame and add grind carrots on it.

After this add sugar and stir together.

After this add milk on it. & stir on low flame.

Add khoya after the dry milk and ghee also.

In the last add cardamom powder, crushed dry fruits.

After this set in tray or square mold.

Freeze in cold tempreture.

And serve in plate.
