Chopped carrots in cubes.

Chopped the methi leaves.

Wash the methi leaves.

Now take a pan.

Add oil in it.

Now put hing and jeera.

After that put methi and gajar.

Add salt, dhania and chilli powder

Now add chopped tomato.

Cover it with lid.

After 2 or 3 mins stirr it.

Then again put the lid on it.

After 4 to 5 mins add pinch of garam masala and amchur powder.
