50 gmsooji
100 gmdahi
vegetables according to choice and taste
1 sacheteno

Steps

Whipped yogurt add sooji to make a paste.. keep it aside for 10 to 15 min

After 10 min add eno to idli mould and add the paste in it

Cover the mould and let the idli cook in steme for 15 to 20 min
4

Serve hot with coconut chutney
