1.1/2 cupsfinely chopped bathua
1/2 cupcarrot grated
to tasteSalt
1 pinchhing

Mix bathua,c arrot and salt. Leave it for 15 minutes.

Then mix atta, hing, bathua and carrot
3

Now make paratha and serve with spicy aloo sabzi
