  • 1 tbspParsley
  • 2Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 1/4 lbBoneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into thin strips)
  • 1 largeEgg (beaten)
  • 2 tbspButter

    Mix breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and garlic.

    Dip chicken in egg and roll in breadcrumb mixture.

  3. 3

    Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. 4

    Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
