Ingredients

  • 1/2 cuprolled oats
  • 12 dashvanilla protein powder
  • 2 cupwalnut meal
  • 1/4 tspbaking powder
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 2bananas
  • 2omega 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsppasture butter
  • 2 tbspwater as needed

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    blend walnuts to make meal

  3. 3

    mix dry ingredients in a bowl

  4. 4

    mix wet ingredients in another bowl

  5. 5

    mix bowls together

  6. 6

    cook for about 12 min

  7. 7

    leave slightly undercooked in middle and let sit.
