  1. 1 1/2 cupFarmer's cheese
  2. 1 tbspSugar
  3. 1Egg
  4. 1/4 tspSalt
  5. 1 tspVanilla extract
  6. 1 tbspFlour
  7. 1Yogurt or sour cream, honey, fruit for serving
  8. 1/3 cupRaisins (optional)

  1. 1

    Mix cheese, egg, flour, sugar, raisins and vanilla together in a bowl. Form into small pancakes.

  2. 2

    Heat up butter or oil on a pan and fry about 3 min on each side.

  3. 3

    Serve with toppings.
