  • 1 envelopesazon
  • 1 cangandules
  • 1/2 linkpolish sausage(sliced)

    Saute sofrito in oil

    Add water, salt, gandules, sazon, and polish sausage. Boil for a minute.

  3. 3

    Add rice

  4. 4

    Boil until all water is absorbed. cover and let cook for 15 minutes

  5. 5

    Uncover rice, turn rice, cover and let cook 15 additional minutes
