Mix all the dry ingredients together.

Gradually add water while kneading.

Add the oil and continue kneading until you get a smooth dough.

Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Roll out the dough with or without a rolling pin.

Prepare a 60x60 cm baking sheet or oven tray and spread the dough to a thickness of 3 mm.

Prick the dough with a fork and cut as desired.

Optional: You can add ketchup, nigella seeds, or thyme. If you don't need it to be vegan, you can add a pinch of cheese.
