Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlsemolina
  2. 3 tbspghee
  3. 200 mlwater
  4. 2 tbspHershey syrup
  5. Almonds for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan. Add ghee. Allow it to melt down.

  2. 2

    Then add semolina and keep on stirring till it’s colour change to brown.

  3. 3

    Then add water with stirring followed by Hershey syrup.

  4. 4

    Slowly it becomes thickened by stirring and sheera is ready to be served.

  5. 5

    Garnish with almonds. Enjoy...
