Ingredients

12 patties
  1. 1 lbhamburger
  2. 3 poundsground pork
  3. 1 1/2 tblsgarlic powder
  4. 1 1/2 tblsonion salt
  5. 1 1/2 tblsoregano
  6. 1 1/2 tblsblack pepper
  7. 1 1/2 tblscelery salt
  8. Your ragu sauce
  9. Fresh mozzarella

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients minus sauce and mozzarella mix well but don't over do it.

    Form into patties cook over medium heat until done. FYI cast iron works best.

    Add mozzarella and stem till melted.

    Place on beard and cover with sauce
