Melt sugar at medium-high heat. Do not mix, shake the pan frequently

When sugar is melted, wait for it to become a light brown and add butter and whip. It will bubble a lot but keep whipping until the butteris fully melted.

Remove from heat. Keep whipping, add sea salt

Let cool 15 mins before pouring into jars. Can be kept a few weeks in thw fridge
