Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 100 gramsspagetthi
  2. 1 packagesNatto (Fermented soy bean)
  3. 2stripes of bacon
  4. 1egg yolk
  5. 1 tbspparmesan cheese
  6. 1/2 tbspsoy sauce
  7. 1/2 tbspground black pepper
  8. chopped green onion
  9. shredded nori seaweed

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook spagetthi by direction on the package.

  2. 2

    Make the sauce; mix Natto, egg yolk, soy sauce, parmrsan cheese and ground black pepper together

  3. 3

    Slice bacon in small pieces, then cook it in frying pan on medium high heat until slightly crispy.

  4. 4

    Turn off the heat, add the cooked spagetthi, mixed sauce, and a tablespoon of boiling pasta water, quickly stir.

  5. 5

    Garnish with chopped green onion and shredded nori seaweed before serve.
