Natto is one of my favourite soy bean product. Its unique taste is intersting and there's plenty of good bacteria in Natto.
Steps

Cook spagetthi by direction on the package.

Make the sauce; mix Natto, egg yolk, soy sauce, parmrsan cheese and ground black pepper together
- 3
Slice bacon in small pieces, then cook it in frying pan on medium high heat until slightly crispy.

Turn off the heat, add the cooked spagetthi, mixed sauce, and a tablespoon of boiling pasta water, quickly stir.

Garnish with chopped green onion and shredded nori seaweed before serve.
